ORDER
The Commission orders that -
1. The Transport
Industry - Courier and Taxi Truck Industrial Committee published 4 August 2000
(317 IG 765), be extended for a further three years.
2. The said
Contract Regulation Committee shall consist of:
(a) Three members
representing principle contractors, two being nominated by the Chief Executive
Officer of the New South Wales Road Transport Association and the other being
nominated by the Chief Executive Officer of the Courier and Taxi Truck
Association.
(b) Two members
representing contract carriers upon the nomination of the Chief Executive
Officer of the Transport Workers' Union of Australia, New South Wales Branch.
3. This order
shall take effect on and from 17 June 2004.
