Approval and Commencement Date: Approved 14 September 2022 and commenced 24 May 2022.

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to all employees (excluding the General Manager and Senior Staff) employed by the MidCoast Council, who were covered by the MidCoast County Council Enterprise Agreement 2019 immediately prior to the commencement of this Agreement, who fall within the coverage of the  Local Government (State) Award 2020.

Nominal Term:  36 Months.

EA22/05 - Riverina Water County Council (Loyalty/Attendance Bonus) Enterprise Agreement 2022-2025

Made Between:  Riverina Water County Council -&- New South Wales Local Government, Clerical, Administrative, Energy, Airlines & Utilities Union; Electrical Trades Union of Australia, New South Wales Branch; The Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers, Australia (NSW Branch).

Approval and Commencement Date: Approved and commenced 30 September 2022

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to all employees employed by the Riverina Water County Council, located at 91 Hammond Avenue, Wagga Wagga, New South Wales, except the General Manager and Senior Executive Staff (subject to any legislative change impacting senior executive staff), who fall within the coverage of the Local Government (State) Award 2020.

Nominal Term:  33 Months.

EA22/06 - NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service Flight Operations Enterprise Agreement 2022

Made Between:  Industrial Relations Secretary on behalf of Department of Planning, Industry and the Environment, National Parks and Wildlife Service -&- The Australian Workers' Union, New South Wales Branch.

New/Variation:  Replaces EA21/10

Approval and Commencement Date: Approved 30 September 2022 and commenced 1 July 2022.

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to all employees employed by the Office of Environment and Heritage in the National Parks and Wildlife Service Flight Operations Unit, under the provision of the Government Sector Employement Act 2013.

Nominal Term:  12 Months.
