VARIATION

 

1.          Delete subclause 8.2 of clause 8, Rates of Pay, of the award published 22 February 2002 (331 IG 606) and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

8.2        The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case 2004, as set out in the said Table 1, Rates of Pay, in Part B, Monetary Rates.  This adjustment may be offset against:

 

(A)       any equivalent over-award payments; and/or

 

(B)       award wage increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net adjustments and minimum rates adjustments.

 

2.          Delete Part B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
