VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause 8.7 of clause 8, Wage Rates, of the award published 28 August 1974,
reprinted 3 February 1982, further reprinted 7 August 1992 and the reviewed
award published 29 June 2001 (325 I.G. 808), as varied, and insert in lieu
thereof the following:
8.7 The rates of
pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case
2002. These adjustments may be offset against:
(a) any equivalent
overaward payments; and/or
(b) award wage increases
since 29 May 1991, other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum rates
adjustments.
2. Delete Tables
1, 2, 3, and 5 of Part B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
