VARIATION
1. In subclause
(5) of clause 5, ICAC Officer Classification and Salary Structure of the award published
28 August 2009 (368 I.G. 1594) insert the words "and a further 2.5%
increase from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2012" after the
words "in July 2011".
2. Delete the
table from SCHEDULE 1 - ICAC OFFICER CLASSIFICATION SALARY RATES and insert in
lieu thereof the following:
