VARIATION
1. Delete
clause 1 of the interim award made 12 February 2013, and insert in lieu thereof
the following:
1. Subject to
any further order of the Commission, no employee(s) shall be appointed to the
position(s) of Service Centre Manager at Lismore, Parramatta and/or 19 York
Street Sydney with Service NSW until the final hearing and determination of
matter 1270 of 2012.
2. This
variation shall take effect on and from 12 March 2013.
