VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause 14.4 of clause 14, Classifications and Wage Rates, of the award published
26 March 1999 (308 I.G. 690), as varied, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
14.4 The rates of
pay in this award include the adjustment payable under the State Wage Case of
May 2000. These adjustment may be
offset against:
(i) any
equivalent overaward payments, and/or
(ii) award wage
increase since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and Minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete
Table 1 - Rates of Pay, Section B - Rates of Pay and Allowances, and insert in
lieu thereof the following:
Table 1 - Rates of Pay
These rates shall be effective from the first pay period to
commence on or after 27 October 2000, being the date on which the Award was
varied for the June 1999 State Wage Case decision.
