VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (a) of clause 2, Minimum Pay, of Division A - Journalists, of the
award published 7 December 1983 (231 I.G. 1740), as varied, and insert in lieu
thereof the following:
(a) The rates of
pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case
2000. These adjustments may be offset against:
(i) any
equivalent overaward payments, and/or
(ii) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum
rates adjustments
2. Delete
Table 1 ¾
Rates of Pay, of Part B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
