VARIATION
1. Insert at the
end of subclause 4.1 of clause 4, To
Whom the Award Applies, of the award published 6 May 2005 (350 I.G. 827), and
insert in lieu thereof the following:
"and Excepting employees covered by the Zoological
Parks Board of New South Wales Employees' Award"
2. This
variation shall take effect from 3 March 2006.
