Description of Employees: The contract
agreement applies to a person who enters into a contract of carriage with
Recall Information Management Pty Ltd, located at Level 2, 170-180 Bourke
Road, Alexandria NSW 2015, for the purposes of transporting
records in and out of Burrows Road, Greystanes, Moorebank and North Rocks
(Relevant Sites), including but not limited to, documents, computer tapes and
where required by Recall, exchanging computer back up tapes in clients'
servers at clients' premises in the Area (the Contractor).
Nominal Term: 36
Months.
