VARIATION
1. Delete the
definitions of "Motorway Patroller" and "Toll Collector"
where they appear in the award published 18 January 2002 (330 I.G. 953).
2. Delete the
word "unions", wherever it appears in the said award and replacing it
with "union".
3. Delete the
words "Australian Workers Union, New South Wales" wherever they
appear in the said award.
4. Delete
subclause 5.5 of clause 5, Contract of Employment, of Part A, and insert in
lieu thereof the following:
5.5 Electronics
Technicians will be subject to video surveillance from time to time.
5. Delete
subclauses 6.1 and 6.2 of clause 6, Duties, and renumber subclause 6.3 as
subclause 6.1.
6. Delete the
words "Shift changes for Toll Collectors shall take place in the
tollbooth" from the sixth paragraph of clause 7, Hours of Work and
Entitlements.
7. Delete the
second example, beginning with the words "A casual Toll Collector"
appearing in section C - Casual Employees, of the said clause 7.
8. Delete the last
two rows of the table appearing in Appendix A - Ordinary Rates of Pay, of the
said award.
9. This
variation shall take effect on or after 1 October 2002.
