CA04/4 - TNT Australia Pty Limited - TWU New South Wales (Contract Carriers) Amended Heads of Agreement 2003-2004

Made Between:  McPhee Transport Pty Limited, Riteway Transport Pty Ltd, TNT Australia Pty Limited -&- the Transport Workers' Union of New South Wales.

 

New/Variation:  Replaces CA03/2.

 

Approval and Commencement Date:  Approved 8 January 2004 and commenced 1 January 2003.

 

Description of Employees:  The contract agreement applies to all contract carriers in New South Wales employed by TNT Australia Pty Ltd, McPhee Transport Pty Ltd and Riteway Transport Pty Ltd who fall within the coverage of the Transport Industry - General Carriers Contract Determination.

 

Nominal Term:  24 months.

 

 

CA04/5 - Wollongong City Council Contract Carriers Agreement

Made Between:  Wollongong City Council -&- the Transport Workers' Union of New South Wales.

 

New/Variation:  Replaces CA01/8.

 

Approval and Commencement Date:  Approved 19 February 2004 and commenced 1 July 2003.

 

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to all contract carriers employed by Wollongong City Council, located at 41 Burelli Street, Wollongong, who fall within the coverage of the Transport Industries General Contractor Determination.

 

Nominal Term:  12 months.
