Description of Employees:� The agreement applies to all employees employed by Blacktown City Council located at 62, Flushcombe Road, Blacktown, who fall within the coverage of the Local Government (State) Award 2014.

EA17/04 - Albury City Waste Management Centre Enterprise Agreement 2017-2020

Made Between: Albury City Council -&- the New South Wales Local Government, Clerical, Administrative, Energy, Airlines & Utilities Union; Local Government Engineers Association and the Development & Environmental Professionals Association of New South Wales.

New/Variation:� New.

Approval and Commencement Date: 7 July 2017.

Description of Employees:� The agreement shall cover employees who are engaged in the position of Waste Management Centre Operator and work an eight person, seven day a week rotating roster system.

Nominal Term:� 36 Months.
