REVIEWED AWARD
1. Delete
subclause (i) the definition "Association" in clause 2, Definitions,
of the award published 31 August 2001 (327 I.G. 487), and insert in lieu thereof
the following:
(i) "Union"
means the Health Services Union.
2. Delete
paragraph (c) of subclause (iii) Parent awards, of clause 2, Definitions.
3. Delete the
words "Association" in paragraph (a) of subclause (i) of clause 4,
Introduction of Change, where it appears therein, and insert in lieu thereof
the following:
"Union"
4. Delete
paragraph (b) of subclause (iii) of clause 7, Severance Pay, and renumber
existing paragraph (c) to read as paragraph (b).
5. Delete
subclause (ii) of clause 12, Exemptions, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
(ii) Employees of
the Spastic Centre of New South Wales to whom the terms of the Spastic Centre
of New South Wales Enterprise (State) Award published 7 November 2003 (341 I.G.
945); and the Spastic Centre of New South Wales (Allied Professional Staff)
(State) Award effective 1 November 2003 (unpublished) apply.
6. Delete
paragraph (b) of subclause (iii) of clause 13, Area, Incidence and Duration,
and renumber existing paragraph (c) to read as paragraph (b).
7. Insert after
subclause (ix) of clause 13, the following new subclauses:
(x) The changes
made to the award pursuant to the Award Review under section 19(6) of the Industrial
Relations Act 1996 and Principle 26 of the Principles for Review of Awards
made by the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales on 28 April 1999
(310 I.G. 359) take effect on and from 8 June 2004.
(xi) This award
remains in force until varied or rescinded, the period for which it was made
already having expired.
