VARIATION
1. Delete the
words "Health Employees’ Technical (State) Award" appearing in
subclause (vi) of clause 12, Special Working Conditions, of the award published
27 March 2009, (367 I.G. 787), as varied and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
"Health Employees' Medical Radiation Scientists
(State) Award"
2. This
variation shall take effect on and from 23 September 2013.
