VARIATION
1. Delete clause
2, Further Claims, of the award published 3 March 2006 (357 I.G. 698) and
insert in lieu thereof the following:
2. Further Claims
The Association undertakes not to pursue any further salary
or conditions claims during the term of this Award, that is, to 30 June 2008,
except as provided for in the Memorandum of Understanding between the NSW
Government and the Association dated December 2005.
2. Delete
paragraph 2 of clause 23, Area Incidence and Duration and insert in lieu
thereof the following:
This award shall operate from the beginning of the first
full pay period to commence on or after 1 July 2004, and shall remain in force
until 30 June 2008.
3. Delete Table 1 - and Table 2 of Part B, Monetary Rates and
insert in lieu thereof the following:
