2. Delete the
paragraph commencing "Wages" in clause 63, Schedule C - Information
to be Given to Outworkers, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
Wages - These are set by the Textile Clothing Footwear
and Associated Industries Award 2010.
Remember, the law says you must not be paid less than the hourly rate
according to the award.
3. This
variation shall take effect on and from the first full pay period on or after
16 December 2012.
