VARIATION
1. Insert after
paragraph (b) of subclause (ii) of clause 5, Local Arrangements of the award
published 11 February 2011 (371 I.G. 14) the following new paragraph (c):
(c) inclusive of a
clause allowing either party to terminate the arrangement by giving 12 months
notice.
2. This variation
shall take effect on and from 30 May 2011.
