VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause 7.1 of clause 7, Flexible Working Hours of the award published 15
January 2016 (378 I.G. 989) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
7.1 The Department
of Finance, Services and Innovation Flexible Working Hours Agreement 2016 or
its replacement will apply to all Inspectors working under this award.
2. This
variation shall take effect on and from 30 June 2016.
