VARIATION
1. Delete subclause (g), Arbitrated
Safety Net Adjustment, of clause 3, Termination of Employment, of the Award
published 6 February 1998 (303 I.G. 472), as varied, and insert in lieu thereof
the following:
(g) Arbitrated Safety Net Adjustment - The
rates of pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage
Case of 2001. These adjustments may be
offset against:
(i) any equivalent overaward payments; and/or
(ii) award wage increases since 29 May 1991
other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum rates adjustments.
2. Delete Part
B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

after 26 July 2001.
