VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (d) of clause 8, Wages, of the award published 8 February 2002 (331
I.G. 86) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(d) The rates of pay
in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case 2006,
2007, 2008 and 2009. These adjustments
may be offset against:
(i) any equivalent
overaward payments; and/or
(ii) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete Part B
Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

Table 1 - Weekly
Wage Rates - Industry/Skill Level B
Where the accredited training course and work performed is for
the purpose of generating skills which have been defined for work at Skill
Level B.
Effective from the beginning of the first full pay period on
or after 23 December 2009.

3. This variation
shall take effect from the beginning of the first full pay period to commence
