EA04/241- Downer RML Pty Ltd Sydney ORICA Enterprise Agreement 2004 - 2006

Made Between:  Downer RML Pty Ltd -&- the Electrical Trades Union of Australia, New South Wales Branch.

 

New/Variation:  Replaces EA 02/121

 

Approval and Commencement Date:  Approved 16 July 2004 and commenced 20 May 2004.

 

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to all employees of Downer RML Pty Ltd - Sydney Division, 480 Victoria Road, Gladesville NSW 2500, who fall within the coverage of Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Industry (State) Award and who are engaged at the Orica Site Port Botany.

 

Nominal Term:  19 months.

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to all employees of SSE Installations, 24 Greygum Terrace Centenary Park, Old Toongabbie, who fall within the coverage of the Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Industry (State) Award and who are engaged upon construction work within the County of Cumberland.

 

Nominal Term:  18 months.

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to Building Surveyors who are employed in the Sutherland Shire Certification Services Business Unit of Sutherland Shire Council, Locked Bag 17, Sutherland NSW 1499, and who fall within the coverage of Local Government (State) Award .
