VARIATION
1. Delete
paragraph (i) of clause 39 No Extra Claims of the
Award published 15 April 2016 (379 I.G. 482) and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
(i) The
parties agree that, until 31 December 2017, there will be no extra claims,
claims for improved conditions of employment or demands made with respect to
the employees covered by the Award and, further, that no proceedings, claims or
demands concerning wages or conditions of employment with respect to those
employees will be instituted before the Industrial Relations Commission or any
other industrial tribunal.
2. Delete the
table of Part B, Monetary Rates, Table 1 - Weekly Wages, and insert in lieu
thereof the following:

This includes the Allowances for Apprentices passing

6. This variation
shall take effect from the first full pay period to commence on or after 9 May
2017.
