VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause 5.3.2 of clause 5.3, Wages, of Part 5, Wages and Related Matters, of
the award published 1 June 2001 (325 I.G. 87) and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
5.3.2 State Wage Case
Adjustments
The rates of pay in this award include the adjustment
payable under the State Wage Case of June 2004. These increases may be offset against:
(a) any equivalent
over-award payments; and/or
(b) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum
rates adjustments.
