VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause 14.1 of clause 14 Casual Employees of the award published 23 December
2005 (355 I.G. 614) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
14.1 Payment and
working conditions of casual employees will be in accordance with the
provisions contained in the Crown Employees (Teachers in TAFE and Related
Employees) Salaries and Conditions Award 2006 provided that payment will be
made for approved hours of attendance. Relevant rates are extracted and
contained in Schedule 2 of Part B, Schedules of this award.
2. This
variation shall take effect from 19 December 2005.
