VARIATION
1. Delete paragraph (c) of subclause (iii)
of clause 46, Area, Incidence and Duration, of the award published 19 November
2021 (390 I.G. 1211) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(c) covered by the Nurses' (Local Government)
Residential Aged Care Consolidated (State) Award 2021;
2. This variation takes effect on and from
28 April 2022.
