Employee

where they have the skill and competence to do so.

Note: Salary Band-Grade 5 - Employers and employees may
negotiate a rate within the salary band as

shown. For the purposes
of this award, the rate so negotiated shall be deemed to be the employee's
award

rate of pay.

the parties.
