VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (b) of clause 9, Arbitrated Safety Net Adjustments, of the award
published 13 July 2001 (326 I.G. 99), and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(b) The rates of pay
in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case
2002. These adjustments may be offset
against:
(i) any
equivalent overaward payments, and/or
(ii) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than Safety Net, State Wage Case, and Minimum
Rates Adjustments.
2. Delete
Appendix A - Wage Rates (Adults) and Appendix B - Allowances/Special Rates, and
insert in lieu thereof the following:
