VARIATION

 

1.          Delete the current definition of "Taronga" in clause 3, Definitions of the award published 31 August 2012 (374 I.G. 837) and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

"Taronga" shall mean the Taronga Conservation Society Australia being the Zoological Parks Board as defined in Part 2 of Schedule 1 - Divisions of the Government Service in the Public Sector Employment and Management Act 2002

 

2.          Delete the subclause 15.1 of clause 15, Wage Increases and Wage Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

15.1      Employees are awarded an increase in remuneration or other conditions of employment of 2.27 per cent payable from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2013.

 

3.          Delete subclause 15.6 of clause 15 and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

15.6      The wage increases provided for in the Award, insofar as they apply from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2013, will only be paid to those employees who are employed at the date of the making of the Award.

 

4.          Delete the current Schedule 1 and insert in lieu thereof the following :
