VARIATION
1. Delete clause
22, Provision of Salary Packaging, of the award published 6 May 2005 (350 I.G.
866) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
22. Salary Packaging
Arrangements, Including Salary Sacrifice to Superannuation
An employee may elect, subject to the agreement of the
Department, to enter into a Salary Packaging Arrangement in accordance with the
provisions of Clause 5 of the Crown Employees (Public Sector - Salaries 2004)
Award or any variation or replacement Award.
2. Delete all references
to the ‘Public Employment Office’ and the ‘PEO’, and insert in lieu thereof the
words ‘Director of Public Employment’ and ‘DPE’, respectively.
3. This
variation shall take effect on and from 14 December 2006.
