EA22/02 - Sydney Opera House Enterprise Agreement 2022 - 2024

Made Between:  Sydney Opera House Trust -&- Media, Entertainment and Arts Alliance New South Wales.

 

New/Variation:  Replaces EA22/08

 

Approval and Commencement Date: Approved and commenced 20 December 2023.

 

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to all employees employed by the Sydney Opera House Trust located at Bennelong Point, Sydney NSW 2000, except Senior Executives and employees covered by the Crown Employees (Public Service Conditions of Employment) Award 2009.

 

Nominal Term:  6 Months.

 

 

EA24/02 - Kimbriki Environmental Enterprises Pty Ltd Operational Staff Enterprise Agreement 2023-2026

Made Between:  Kimbriki Environmental Enterprises Pty Ltd -&- New South Wales Local Government, Clerical, Administrative, Energy, Airlines & Utilities Union.

 

New/Variation:  Replaces EA19/03

 

Approval and Commencement Date: 21 December 2023 and commenced 1 December 2023.

 

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to Operational Staff employed at the Kimbriki Resources Recovery Centre by Kimbriki Environmental Enterprises Pty Ltd, located at Kimbriki Road, Ingleside NSW 2101, who fall within the coverage of the Local Government (State) Award 2023.

 

Nominal Term:  36 Months.
