VARIATION
1. Delete clause
30 Exemption, of the Contract Determination published 30 November 1990 (260
I.G. 608) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
30. Exemption
The principal contractor, Boral Resources (NSW) Pty Limited,
(Boral), and carriers engaged by Boral, are exempted from any and all
provisions of this Contract Determination, as varied from time to time, for a
period of three years from 8 April 2005. Boral and carriers engaged by Boral
are covered by the Boral Resources (NSW) Pty Limited Sydney Metropolitan
Concrete Contract Determination.
2. This
variation shall take effect from the beginning of the first pay period to
commence on or after 8 April 2005.
