1. Delete
subclause 5.2.1 of clause 5.2, Wages, of Part 5, Wages and Related Matters, of
the award published 1 September 2000 (318 I.G. 236) and insert in lieu there of
the following:
5.2.1 State Wage Case
Adjustments
The rates of pay in this award include the adjustment
payable under the State Wage Case of 2008.
This adjustment may be offset against
(a) any equivalent
over-award payments and/or
(b) award wage increases
since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum rates
adjustments.
