VARIATION
1. Delete clause
4, State Wage Case Adjustments, of the award published 24 August 2001 (327 I.G.
183) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
4. State Wage Case Adjustments
The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments
payable under the State Wage Case 2005. These adjustments may be offset
against:
(i) any
equivalent overaward payment; and/or
(ii) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete
subclause (i), Adult Employees of Table 1 - Rates of Pay and Table 2 - Other
Rates and Allowances of Part B, Monetary Rates and insert in lieu thereof the
following:

variation shall take effect from the first full pay period to commence on or
after 17 November 2005.
