VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (b) of clause 4, Rates of Pay of the award published 9 November 2001
(329 I.G. 366) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(b) The rates of pay
in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case 2005.
These adjustments may be offset against:
(i) any
equivalent overaward payments, and/or
(ii) award wage
increase since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete Table
1 - Rates of Pay and Table 2 - Other Allowances of Part B, Monetary Rates, and
insert in lieu thereof the following:

Note: These allowances are contemporary for expense related allowances
as at 30 March 2005 and for work related allowances are inclusive of adjustment

3. This
variation shall take effect from the first full pay period to commence on or
after the 14 March 2006.
