VARIATION
1. Delete
subclauses (i) and (iii) of clause 22, Miscellaneous Provisions, of the award
published 25 May 2001 (324 I.G. 1235) and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(i) Finishing At
Night Allowance*
Operators finishing shifts at or after 10.00 pm shall be
entitled to an allowance of $9.95 or have transport provided.
Operators finishing shifts at or after sunset and before
10.00 pm shall be entitled to transport to the nearest railway station.
(iii) Meal
Allowance* - If an Operator is rostered to work 10 hours or more per day, a
meal allowance of $8.70 is payable.
2. This
variation shall take effect from the first full pay period to commence on or
after 11 April 2001.
