VARIATION

 

1.         Re-number subclause 14.4 of clause 14, Area, Incidence and Duration as subclause 14.5 of the award published 3 August 2012 (373 I.G. 799) and insert a new subclause 14.4 as follows:

 

14.4     The variation to the rates of wages and allowances made to the award by the Industrial Relations Commission on 24 June 2014 take effect on and from the beginning of the first pay period to commence on or after 1 July 2014.

 

2.         Delete Part B, Rates and Allowances and insert in lieu thereof the following:
