VARIATION
1. Delete
subclause (iii), of clause 5, Adult Weekly Rates, of the award published 1 June
2001 (325 I.G. 112), and insert in lieu thereof the following:
(iii) The rates of pay
in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case
2005. These adjustments may be offset
against:
(a) any equivalent
overaward payments; and/or
(b) award wage
increase since 29 May 1991 other than Safety Net, State Wage Case, and minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete Tables
1 to 4 of Appendix 1 - Minimum Award Wage Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
