14. Delete
subclause 51.1 of clause 51, Overtime, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
51.1 All overtime worked
by a Non-Commissioned Officer outside of the ordinary hours of work prescribed
by clause 48 Hours of Duty, shall be at the rate of time and one half for the
first two hours and double time thereafter, such double time to continue until
completion of the overtime work.
Provided that a Non- Commissioned Officer who works overtime on a public
holiday prescribed in clause 62, Public Holidays, shall be paid for such time
at the rate of double time for the first two hours and double time and one half
thereafter. Except as provided for in
this subclause or subclause 51.8 in computing overtime, each day’s work shall
stand alone.
15. This variation
shall take effect from the 1 July 2014, with the exception of variation 11
which shall take effect from the first full pay period on or after 2 April
2015.
