VARIATION
1. Delete clause
1, Title, of the award published 30 August 2002 (335 I.G. 1351), and insert in
lieu thereof the following:
1. Title
This award shall be known as the Teachers (Catholic Early
Childhood Service Centres and Pre Schools) (State) Award 2006.
2. Delete
subclauses 25.4 and 25.5, of clause 25, Area, Incidence and Duration, and
insert in lieu thereof the following:
25.4 This variation
replaces and rescinds the Teachers (Catholic Early Childhood Service Centres
and Pre Schools)(State) Award published on 30 August 2002 (335 I.G. 351) and
the variation published 13 January 2006 (356 I.G. 349).
25.5 It shall take
effect from 24 March 2006 and remain in force until 31 December 2008.
3. Delete Part
B, Monetary Rates and replace with the following:
