VARIATION
1. Delete clause
2A, Commitment, of the award published 20 April 2000 (315 I.G.192), and insert
in lieu thereof the following:
2A. Commitment
The wage increases arising under this award may be offset
against any existing over award payments.
The Union will not seek any increase in award rates that would be
effective prior to 20 December 2006.
2. Delete Tables
1 - 10 (inclusive); of Part B Monetary Rates and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
