VARIATION
1. Delete clause
6, Wages, of the award published 8 December 2000 (320 I.G. 1171) and insert in
lieu thereof the following:
6. Wages
(i) The minimum
adult weekly rates of pay for each classification, are as set out in Table 1 -
Wages, of Part B, Monetary Rates.
(ii) The rates of
pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case
2005. These adjustments may be offset against:
(a) any equivalent
over-award payments; and/or
(b) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum
rates adjustments.
(iii) Junior Employees
- The minimum rates of pay to be paid to junior employees shall be the
following percentages of the appropriate adult rate of pay as prescribes in
subclause (i) of this clause:
