VARIATION
1. Delete
sub-clause (d) of the clause 21, Remuneration - General of the award published
28 February 2003 (338 I.G. 506) and insert in lieu thereof the following :
(d) The rates of
pay in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Case of
2005. These adjustments may be offset
against:
(i) any
equivalent over award payment, and/or
(ii) award wages
increases since 29 May 1991, other than safety net, State Wage Case, and
minimum rates adjustments.
2. Delete Table
1 - Rates of Pay of Part E, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:

3. This
variation shall take effect from the first full pay period to commence on or
