CLERICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE EMPLOYEES (STATE) AWARD

 

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COMMISSION OF NEW SOUTH WALES

 

Review of Award pursuant to Section 19 of the Industrial Relations Act 1996.

 

(No. IRC 1720 of 2004)

 

 

REVIEWED AWARD

 

1.          Delete the words "Federated Clerks' Union of Australia, New South Wales Branch" in subclause (iii) of clause 3, Definitions of the award published 14 February 1997 (296 I.G. 619) and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

"New South Wales Local Government, Clerical, Administrative, Energy, Airlines and Utilities Union".

 

2.          Delete the words "or not more than four days in any calendar month" from subclause (v) of clause 12, Overtime and Meal Allowance and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

"on not more than four days in any calendar month"

 

3.          Delete the words "the Occupational Health and Safety Act 1983" from clause 29, Occupational Health and Safety and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

"the relevant occupational health and safety legislation and regulations as amended or replaced from time to time".

 

4.          Delete the word "apprentices" from paragraph (d) of subclause (i) of clause 39, Redundancy and insert in lieu thereof the following:

 

"trainees".

 

5.          The changes made to the Award pursuant to the Award Review under section 19(6) of the Industrial Relations Act 1996 and Principle 26 for Review of Awards made by the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales on 18 December 1998 (85 I.R. 38) take effect on and from 24 June 2004.

 

This Award remains in force until varied or rescinded, the period for which it was made already having expired.
