VARIATION
1. Delete the
amount "$60.00" appearing in subclause (c) of clause 30, Supported
Wage System for Workers with Disabilities, of the award published 31 August
2001 (327 I.G. 368), and insert in lieu thereof the following:
"$61.00"
2. Delete clause
35, Wages, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
35. Wages
The rates of pay in this award include the adjustments
payable under the State Wage Case 2005.
These adjustments may be offset against:
(a) any equivalent
overaward payments; and/or
(b) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case and minimum
rates adjustments.
3. Delete Part
B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
