VARIATION
1. Insert after
subclause (j), of clause 4, Minimum Weekly Rates of Pay, of the award published
28 June 2002 (334 I.G. 711), the following new subclause:
(k) The rates of pay
in this award include the adjustments payable under the State Wage Cases of
2003 and 2004. These adjustments may be
offset against:
(i) any
equivalent over award payments, and/or
(ii) award wage
increase since 29 May 1991 other than safety net, State Wage Case, and Minimum
rates adjustments.
2. Delete
subclause (d) of clause 5, Supplementary Payments.
3. Delete
paragraph (b) (i), of clause 31, Superannuation, and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
(i) JUST Super.
4. Delete Part
B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
