Application by New South Wales Local Government, Clerical, Administrative, Energy, Airlines & Utilities Union, Industrial Organisation of Employees.

VARIATION

 

1.         Delete the word ‘Active’ in paragraph (a) of subclause (i) of clause 16, Superannuation and Related Arrangements, of the Award published 7 July 2023 (394 I.G. 658) and insert in lieu the word 'Vision' to read as follows:

 

(a)       Subject to the provisions of the Industrial Relations Act 1996 (NSW), the employer shall make superannuation contributions to Vision Super and not to any other superannuation fund.

 

2.         Delete the words 'Local Government Superannuation Scheme' in subparagraph vi of subclause (ii)(a) of clause 16, Superannuation and Related Arrangements and insert in lieu thereof the words 'Vision Super Fund' to read as follows:

 

vi.       Superannuation Fund means the Vision Super Fund.

 

3.         Delete Clause 17(vi)(a) Tool Allowance and Clause 17(vi)(d) Insurance Value in Table 2 Allowances of Part B, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
