VARIATION
1. Delete
paragraph 5.3.3 of subclause 5.3 of clause 5, Rates of Pay, of the award
published 19 October 2001 (328 IG 841) and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
5.3.3 Whenever the State
Wage Case decision provides that award wages be increased by the application of
a "plateau" formula, the "plateau" level for the purposes
of this award shall be determined by reference to the base rates.
The increase shall then be calculated in accordance
with subparagraphs 5.3.1 and 5.3.2 hereof.
The Rates of Pay in This Award Include the Adjustments
Payable under the State Wage Case June 2005, as Set Out in the Said Table 1,
Rates of Pay in Part B - Monetary Rates. This Adjustment May be Offset Against:
(A) any equivalent
over award payments, and/or
(B) award wage
increases since 29 May 1991 other than safety net adjustments and minimum rates
adjustments.
2. Delete Part
B, Monetary Rates, and insert in lieu thereof the following:
