Made Between:  Toll Transport Pty Limited -&- the Transport Workers' Union of New South Wales.

 

New/Variation:  New.

 

Approval and Commencement Date:  Approved 16 August 2019 and commenced 16 August 2019

 

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to contract carriers engaged by Toll Transport Pty Limited, in its Express Parcels business unit, operating from its depot located at 7 William Dean Street, Eastern Creek NSW 2766, who fall within the coverage of the Transport Industry - General Carriers Contract Determination 2017.

 

Nominal Term:  12 Months.

 

 

 

CA20/03 - Toll Express Parcels (Banksmeadow and Managed Solutions, Bankstown) Contract Agreement 2020

Made Between:  Toll Transport Pty Limited -&- the Transport Workers' Union of New South Wales.

 

New/Variation:  Replaces CA06/3.

 

Approval and Commencement Date:  Approved 16 August 2019 and commenced 16 August 2019

 

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to contract carriers engaged by Toll Transport Pty Limited, in its Express Parcels business unit, operating from its depot located at 26 McPherson Street, Banksmeadow NSW 2019 and provides services in connection with Managed Solutions located at 125 Nancy Ellis Leebold Drive, Bankstown Airport NSW 2200, who fall within the coverage of the Transport Industry - General Carriers Contract Determination 2017.
