ENTERPRISE AGREEMENTS APPROVED

BY THE INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COMMISSION

EA24/09 - The Hills Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2024-2027

Made Between:  The Hills Shire Council -&- New South Wales Local Government, Clerical, Administrative, Energy, Airlines & Utilities Union; The Local Government Engineers' Association of New South Wales; The Development and Environmental Professionals' Association.

 

New/Variation:  Replaces EA21/09

 

Approval and Commencement Date: Approved 11 November 2024 and commenced 1 July 2024

 

Description of Employees:  The agreement applies to all employees employed by The Hills Shire Council located at 3 Columbia Court, Norwest, NSW 2153, with the exception of Senior Staff designated in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW).

 

Nominal Term:  36 Months.
